Our Story

I bought my first investment property when I was 18 years old - for $8,000.00 with a loan co-signed by my father.  Several years later, I sold the property for $32,000.00 and it was then when I realized that I really enjoyed property management and real estate. Over 30 years later, we now own and manage multiple properties in Quakertown and the surrounding areas.  We've always sought to not just acquire properties, but to help bolster our community by improving the lives of the community and the people who live in it.

Over the years, we've grown from a few small Quakertown properties to multiple larger complexes and multi-family residences.  We're now growing into finding larger investors to partner with Stone Tower Equities for a few bigger projects.  If you're looking for a place to invest in a community and help build something which will not just add to your bottom line, but will also help lift the surrounding area, please feel free to check out our investor page here.

In addition to owning real estate rentals, we've had the opportunity to start several businesses and help employ people in the Quakertown area as well as serve our community in multiple ways.  Having grown up in Quakertown, we love the area and have helped it work through all the changes it has undergone in the past several years, making it a better place for all who live here.

Whether it's a commercial rental for a small retail business, a space for a larger enterprise, or a residential rental for a young couple or a family, Stone Tower Equities has been there to help them all.  We built our business to last for generations in a world where the get-rich-quick schemes dominate the landscape.  Our love for our community and the people here drives us to insure that we're here for them when all others pack up and leave.

Our story started in 1996, but it continues today as we're beginning to train the next generation to use real estate and property management to help build their own communities and give back to the places they grew up in. We always look for opportunities for sponsorship, to donate to our youth, and help the town thrive by giving back to the different organizations we have the occasion to support, and we hope to be here to see the next 30 years of community development by our next generation
